Leadership

For 29 years Dan and Shannon Steepe have served in full-time ministry in Michigan, Oklahoma, Louisiana and, most recently, in Ohio, where they founded New Beginnings Church in Marysville.  The ministry, in the early part of 2020 was given a new vision to reach a million souls for Jesus as well as a new ministry name, REVIVAL NOW.   Our desire is to lead people into a life-giving, life-changing relationship with Jesus Christ. We seek to glorify God by investing in others, serving with humility, pursuing God with passion, and risking willingly. Always considered to be their crowning achievement on earth, Dan and Shannon have two godly, growing daughters: Danielle and Kendra.

Richard and Donna have been attending REVIVAL NOW since October 2001 and have served in a number of capacities such as elders, small group leaders and children’s ministry. They were commissioned as pastors into REVIVAL NOW in January 2015. After 25 years of service, Richard left the corporate world and followed the call to full time ministry when he joined the ministry staff in July 2015 and serves in the role of Executive Pastor. Richard and Donna’s passion is to see marriages restored and they believe that healthy marriages lead to healthy homes. They are the proud parents of Taylor and Tiffany, two beautiful and talented daughters, and a wonderful and caring son-in law Zachary and precious grandson.
