The Power Of The Gospel Changing Lives In Pakistan

The Bible says that as God's Word goes out, it does not come back void but accomplishes the intended purpose for which is was sent. (Isaiah 55:11) As Evangelist Dan shares the life giving message of the gospel, that Word goes out and touches the hearts of the people of Pakistan. During our last online meeting on May 25th, Evangelist Dan ministered to over 2,400 people and 2,347 people received Jesus as their savior and 107 were healed in their bodies. We serve an AMAZING GOD that sets the captives free!

The Bible says in Psalm 16:11 "You will show me the path of life; In Your presence is fullness of joy; At Your right hand are pleasures forevermore." During our online evangelism meetings the joy of the Lord breaks out and cannot be contained. The hunger and desire for the things of God are so great in Pakistan! Spiritually speaking, the Pakistani people live in a dry and thirsty land and when the life giving water of the Word of God is preached the hearts of the people are filled.

When we preach in countries that are closed off to the Gospel, we encounter resistance because the enemy (devil) does not want to see people set free. He wants people bound and shackled with no hope for their future. But God shows up despite the opposition and breakthrough comes.  

For our meetings in Pakistan we conduct our meetings in late evening to provide relief from the heat of the day. Temperatures this time of year in Pakistan can be 110 - 120 F. Our team on the ground meets with local government officials to receive approval for our meetings that will generally last until 11pm Pakistan time (2pm EST). Our team had approval for our meeting in Rao Khanwala Kasur from the local government until 11pm. As Evangelist Dan was preaching we received a message that the same government official who gave approval, contacted our team and said we must shut down the meeting immediately or face consequences. Evangelist Dan quickly finished the message and prayed for healing and deliverance over the people and we saw many salvations and healings take place. It was truly amazing and we give God thanks for working despite the opposition in the earthly realm.

The urgency to share the Gospel hasn't been more important than right now. We are truly living in the final moments of the last days. The Good News of the Gospel needs to be preached so that all who hear it would have an opportunity to receive Christ as their Lord and Savior. The Bible says in Romans 10:14-15, "But how can they call on him to save them unless they believe in him? And how can they believe in him if they have never heard about him? And how can they hear about him unless someone tells them? And how will anyone go and tell them without being sent?
